Masks - Mask wearing is now optional for both children and teachers. For those parents and other adults who come into school we encourage you to wear masks. If you need to enter the classroom masks are required please. Masks are optional on the school bus.
Term 2 unit will continue with Turangawaewae - Hamilton East School 150 years.
In week 5 we will begin our schoolwide unit on Matariki. Matariki is a time to observe change, growth, renewal and celebrated throughout the month of June. This year New Zealand will observe its first Matariki public holiday on Friday, 24 June 2022.
