Makerspace
In-room 17 we use Makerspace to develop our problem-solving skills. We encourage our students to think of ways to be creative and inventive in finding solutions to problems.
A makerspace can be any space in school where students and teachers come together to create, invent, prototype, design, tinker, explore, discover, code, build, craft, draft, draw, and more.
Students can work individually or collaboratively using a variety of tools and materials.
Makerspaces typically have a STEM focus (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths). However, makerspace is an ideal platform for projects that work across all subject areas.
